Pain Management Programme
Many of us experience pain for some this is short-term and others this is longer-term.
There are various levels of pain, only you know how this feels for you. Managing this pain can be difficult and confusing.
Not only are you feeling discomfort, you may also be experiencing impacts to your personal wellbeing which is preventing you for living the fulfilling life you desire. Perhaps you are looking to be more active, get back into employment, just being comfortable or even understanding what is going on better.
It’s important to note that Pain Management doesn’t necessarily mean you will be free from pain, it’s providing you with the support to manage the pain and increasing your overall wellbeing, leading to a more fulfilling life.
This is where Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) can help alongside western medicine.

What is Complementary and Alternative Medicine?
Complementary and Alternative Medicine focuses on you as a whole person, exploring ways in which to manage the pain you are experiencing.
It focuses on the root cause, without you sharing your story unless you choose to do so. It is solution focused, meaning moving forwards to achieve your desired outcomes.
The treatment in CAMs can be used alongside existing treatment, reducing from existing treatment or as an alternative. It’s important that you do what is right for you.
Techniques offered within the programme:
Coaching, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Clinical Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Technique & Bi-lateral Eye Movement, Physiotherapy and Naturopathic Nutrition to allow us to get a complete holistic overview of what may be influencing your symptoms.
Each of these techniques support both cognitive and physiological changes to improve your wellbeing.
As programmes are tailored to you, your needs and medical history, the techniques provided will vary from person to person.
During your programme we may refer you to another specialist or liaise with your GP/consultant where it is felt it would improve your overall wellbeing.
